Bridge Over The Wadi

September 28, 2000, in the wake of then opposition leader Ariel Sharon’s visit to the Temple Mount, the Second Intifada brakes out. Lasting just over four years it would fundamentally change the relationship between Israel and the Palestinians, as well as leading to a series of bloody conflicts in the Gaza Strip. One positive result though would be the creation of Bridge Over the Wadi, a conjoint bi-national, bi-lingual school inside the Arab village of Kfar Qara. Follow the story of its first year in the film of the same name.
