16 October 1962 the blockade of the Cuba during the Cuban Missile Crisis formally came to an end. However the economic, financial and commercial embargo has continued for years. It is perhaps this isolation that has lead to the unique musical sounds of the Caribbean island. In Cuba, everything is expressed by music – Cuba is Music.
