    On November 7, 1867, Marie Curie was born. As a pioneering physicist who coined the term Radioactivity and discovered with her spouse the Polonium and Radium elements, she had to struggle for opportunity from an early age, as women were not allowed high education in her homeland Poland. Curie won the Nobel Prize in 1903 and dies at age 66, following complexities caused by long exposure to the radiation she researched all her adult life.
