Choco Banana in North Carolina

January 24, 1922 Patent 1,404,539 was issued to Christian Kent Nelson for what would become known as the Eskimo Pie, ice cream bars covered chocolate. This would inspire Harry Burt, owner of an ice cream parlor to replicate his discovery, except using a stick as a handle. Eventually Burt began selling his product from vending trucks, and the ice cream truck was born. Decades later, young Israelis will try to make some easy money working ice cream trucks in the US, as depicted in Choco Banana in North Carolina.
